About the event
From the organiser, as published on Ticketmaster.
Zimmermann embarks on Christmas tour After a summer full of festivals, Zimmermann is ready to turn up the Christmas spirit. This winter he is embarking on a Christmas tour and playing in 16 cities across the country.
The Christmas concerts have become a tradition for the 26-year-old artist. Over the last three years he has played to sold-out houses, and each year the concert has grown a little.
In 2023 he stood alone on stage with his guitar. The following year he brought a guitarist with him, before a pianist also joined the team in 2025.
Now he is taking the Christmas concert around the country. "What is so magical about touring around at Christmas is that we get to meet the audience so closely! I love making acoustic versions of the songs and giving the lyrics more space.
Besides, everyone enjoys gathering around the music during the darkest time of the year. That's what I've noticed over the last few years.
This is going to be so fun!" says Amund Zimmermann. Since his debut in 2022, things have moved quickly for the Sandefjord native.
His song was on NRK P1's A-list for 16 weeks, and since then he has released songs including and . His debut album In medias res was nominated for the Spellemannsprisen for, and in 2025 he sold over 10,000 concert tickets.
In a short time he has managed to become a audience favourite, and in August he released together with none other than Bjørn Eidsvåg. The duet went straight to the top of the Norwegian singles chart.
With songs ranging from dreamy and sentimental ballads to catchy pop songs, storytelling has become an important part of his expression. These are songs that invite both sing-alongs and quieter moments.
It will be a close and intimate evening, where Christmas music meets his own songs and stories. The audience will hear both Christmas favourites and what Amund himself calls -- songs from his own repertoire.
