Thursday 20 May 2027 Allan Simonsen will be giving a lecture at Roskilde Congress Centre. Prior to the lecture it is possible to add a meal.
Menu: - Starter: Smoked Faroese salmon, with smoked cheese cream, fresh herbs. - Main course: Pan-fried pork tenderloin wrapped in serrano ham, served with a warm salad of tender spinach leaves, new carrots and a mild mustard jus. Dining starts at 17.00.
