About The Outsiders (Touring)
The Outsiders is a coming-of-age musical with music and lyrics by Jonathan Clay and Zach Chance from folk rock band Jamestown Revival, alongside Justin Levine, and a book by Adam Rapp and Levine. Based on S.E. Hinton's 1967 novel and its 1983 film adaptation, this 2023 musical brings the classic story of teenage rivalry and friendship to the stage. It marks the second stage adaptation of Hinton's beloved work, following a 1990 play by Christopher Sergel.
