About St. Paul and the Broken Bones
Emily Bear is an American composer and pianist who began her musical journey as a small child, making her professional piano debut at the Ravinia Festival at age five, becoming the youngest performer ever to play there. She gained wider recognition through appearances on The Ellen DeGeneres Show starting at age six. Bear has since performed her own compositions and other works with orchestras and ensembles across North America, Europe and Asia, including at prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall and the Hollywood Bowl.
