About the event
From the organiser, as published on Ticketmaster.
Around the end of the 13th century, when Akershus Castle was built on Akersneset, as part of Oslo's fortifications, legend has it that a bright, living dog was walled in to bring the castle good fortune and happiness. This made the dog furious and man-hating, so the soul has been bound to Akershus fortress ever since.
This is a theatrical rebus and family happening where ghosts and other apparitions come out through the walls of Akershus fortress. They are here to give you an experience of genuine poltergeist quality!
You will experience an exciting interactive adventure at Akershus fortress. You have never experienced anything like it before!
In the rebus you will receive practical and knowledge-based tasks, whilst you must help the ghosts to complete the tasks that bind them to the fortress. A ghost is the soul of a being that cannot rest -- instead the soul is bound to the place where it died, until its task is completed.
In "Beware of the Dog!" we meet several such fates, whose only dream is to find peace and finally rest in the November nights.
