About Texas Is the Reason
Texas Is the Reason is an American post-hardcore band founded in 1994 by former Shelter guitarist Norman Brannon and 108 drummer Chris Daly. The group disbanded in 1997 but reunited briefly in 2006 and again in 2012–2013 before reforming in 2025 with plans continuing into 2026. Their post-hardcore sound has made them influential in the alternative rock scene.
