About Kamelot
Kamelot is an American power metal band from Tampa, Florida, formed by Thomas Youngblood in 1987. The group underwent a significant vocal change when Norwegian singer Roy Khan departed in 2011, replaced by Swedish vocalist Tommy Karevik, who debuted on the album Silverthorn as main vocalist and co-songwriter. Known for their dynamic sound within the power metal genre, Kamelot continues to craft complex compositions that showcase both technical musicianship and atmospheric storytelling.
