Based on the ancient Germanic legend that tells how young women are turned into swans by the wizard Von Rothbart. At night they recover their human form and only with the oath of eternal love can the spell be broken.
A contemporary version of Swan Lake, narrated from the perspective of the antagonist, Von Rothbart, showing a broader vision of love, being the reason for his actions. With music by Tchaikowsky
