Notes from the organizer and the venue, as published on Ticketmaster. Togoist does not sell tickets; purchases, refunds and exchanges are handled by Ticketmaster.

• “Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.”
• “Accessible areas are general admission.”
• “Box Office Policy: All sales are final, no refunds. Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval. We do not allow bottles, cans, or weapons. For a full list of prohibited items, please visit”
• “There is no on-site parking at House of Blues Dallas, however, we have partnered with ParkWhiz to offer easy and reliable options in the area. Visit and select the Where Do I Park? tab to book parking. Additionally, there is limited metered street parking and nearby lots that offer paid parking. Paid parking fills up quickly, so we recommend using The DART Rail system, Rideshare, or other transportation when possible.”
• “All ages welcome, unless otherwise stated on the event information page or ticket text. Everyone ages 2 and over must have a ticket.”
