About Avenue Q

Avenue Q is a musical comedy created by Robert Lopez, Jeff Marx and Jeff Whitty that blends puppets and human actors on stage. The show parodies Sesame Street's format but tackles adult-oriented themes including racism, homosexuality and internet pornography. With its distinctive mix of humour and irreverent storytelling, Avenue Q offers a theatrical experience that subverts children's entertainment conventions for grown-up audiences.
